So, I realised after posting my latest Silent Sunday picture that it looks like we’re starting potty training Little O. Don’t worry, I’ve not gone crazy and decided that he at 17 months and I at six and a half months pregnant should put ourselves through that just yet…

However, we have bought him a potty. We just decided that we’d buy it, put it into the bathroom and sit him on it every so often, just so that he gets used to its existence and that it isn’t such a scary prospect when he does show that he’s ready to start.

So far, encouraging him to sit on it is a rather amusing sight – he will not go near it sans nappy. Nope, he’ll only sit on it fully clothed (or stand it in, more frequently). Oh, he does make me laugh.
