I’ve recently started working on a one-year plan – where I want to be this time next year in different areas of life – as part of the ButtonedUp Bootcamp that I participated in during February. And one goal that I have is to train more than I do. Now that I am back at work, I can start using the gym that we have there too, so that should help. But what better other way is there to get motivated than a new outfit (well, for me anyway)?
