You remember when I went on in my last Training Tuesday post about stating my training plans here on the blog and being accountable? Hmmm, that… All that went out of the window the following week. Yep, bad, bad, bad.
On the upside, I did take my training bag to the office yesterday so that I was prepared should there be any opportunity to train. But the day just slipped through my fingers. On the upside, I came home with these babies. I just couldn’t say no – who could resist the gold and navy on the back?
Today, on the other hand, I managed to find half an hour for a quick weights session. Just practising pull-ups and then a little arm work with dumbbells and some leg work with barbell squats. Felt. So. Good.
Yesterday, while I was out getting the Stan Smiths, I had a mosey around the new training department at Åhléns, where I found this inspiration board.
That “weak at the knees” quote is simply brilliant.
And speaking about getting inspired, I thought I would share with you some of the training accounts that I follow on Instagram.

Hope that you find a little godisbit (Swedish for a bit of candy or something sweet) among them.
